1. Who we are

Liltio is operated by Ahmet Toprak Kavran, trading as Liltio. For product, license, support or terms questions, contact help@liltio.com.

These terms explain the use of our website and product and the scope of a Liltio Local purchase. Your order details and any additional terms presented at checkout also apply to that purchase. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. The product and system requirements

Liltio is a local-first dictation application for Mac. Check the current Mac requirements before downloading or buying. Initial model downloads and trial or license activation require internet access. After initial activation and local model setup, the paid Local license supports indefinite offline use.

Optional remote AI providers or other online features require a connection and may have their own accounts, charges and terms. Speech recognition and AI output can contain errors; review text before relying on it, sharing it or sending it.

3. Your Local license and updates

A Liltio Local purchase is a one-time payment for a lifetime Local license with activation on up to two Macs. It is not a subscription. It includes future Liltio updates and features, except a separately branded or distinct product category. We do not promise a release date for an unannounced feature.

Keep access to your purchase email to restore your license and manage your Macs through the account portal. Do not share verification codes or private license credentials. A browser purchase session does not itself use a Mac activation slot.

Application source code made available under Apache-2.0 remains governed by that license. Third-party libraries and downloaded models retain their own licenses. These terms do not take away rights granted by those licenses.

4. Trial, prices and purchases

The app offers a 14-day Local trial. No payment card is required to start the trial, and it does not convert into an automatic charge.

The standard Local price is US$49. While available, the first-100 offer applies a US$20 discount for a US$29 product price. Website prices are before applicable taxes; the final total and currency are shown before you pay. A visit, download or opened checkout does not reserve a promotional place.

Current purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The payment provider identified at checkout handles the payment, receipt and applicable tax collection under its own buyer terms. Liltio provides the software and license support. A purchase is confirmed through the payment provider and our server-side verification; a redirect to a thank-you page alone is not confirmation.

5. Support and refund requests

For a technical issue, duplicate charge, delivery problem or refund request, email help@liltio.com with your purchase email, order reference and a description of the problem. Never email a full card number, password or verification code.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking account of the purchase, the issue, applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s terms. This is not a blanket “no refunds” policy. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. This section does not limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal or other remedy you are entitled to by law.

6. Responsible use

Use Liltio lawfully and only with content you are entitled to process. Obtain any permission needed to record another person. Do not use our website or licensing services for fraud, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software or interference with other users.

You remain responsible for your content and for reviewing dictation or AI output. We do not acquire ownership of your content because you use Liltio.

7. Privacy and optional referrals

We use daily aggregate website statistics to improve the site: page loads, button clicks, section visibility and broad active-time thresholds, plus aggregate purchase-page and checkout-response counts. We do not store analytics visitor IDs, IP addresses, browsing histories or form contents, or join these counters to affiliate, trial or customer records. See Website statistics for details and an opt-out. This is separate from optional affiliate tracking.

Local dictation is processed on your Mac after model setup. If you choose an online provider, the selected content is sent to that provider. Purchase, account and support services necessarily process the information needed for those services. See the website’s privacy overview and the disclosures shown when you enable an optional feature.

Affiliate tracking is optional. The website asks permission before loading referral tracking that uses cookies and browser/device identification. You can change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. Choosing not to allow tracking does not prevent a normal purchase or increase your price. Withdrawal stops future tracking here; it does not erase an already-created checkout or financial referral record.

When you purchase from the Mac app, Liltio briefly opens its website before forwarding the existing checkout to Lemon Squeezy. With a still-valid tracking permission, the same browser profile can use its existing referral automatically, within the original provider eligibility window. No referral is stored in the app or linked to your Mac identity. Different browsers, cleared cookies, expired permission or blocked tracking may prevent attribution but do not prevent a normal purchase. Change your permission using Cookie preferences; the payment provider determines final attribution.

8. Affiliate participation

Applying to our affiliate program is not automatic acceptance. Participation requires provider onboarding and Liltio’s separate approval. The program’s published conditions and accepted partner terms govern commissions, eligible referrals and payouts. Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these terms to reflect product or service changes. The effective date identifies the version on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove purchased license rights or mandatory consumer protections. Material new purchase conditions will be presented before the relevant purchase.
